Notice is hereby given that the Columbia Gateway Urban Renewal Agency will be conducting a public sale by bid on the 31st day of March, 2017. Sealed written bids will be accepted up to 2:30 PM on March 31 for the sale of the following surplus real property items:


Double door stainless freezer, two long tables with sink, small 3x3 refrigerator, fire suppression for stove, neon sign above front door, small table with sink, sink with metal backsplash, two locker units, two Coors Light pool table lights, two cylinders, bowling pins, metal folding chairs, Henry Weinhard’s Light sign, Coors Light sign, deep fryer, grill with cooler, cooler, grill, stainless backsplash, double plastic sink, washer/dryer.

No other surplus personal property items will be for sale.  Items listed will be sold “as is”.  Parties are to submit by mail, or hand delivery written sealed bids to:  Izetta Grossman, City Clerk’s Office, 313 Court Street, The Dalles, OR  97058 by no later than 2:30 PM on March 31, 2017.  Bids will opened in the City Hall Council Chambers after 2:30 PM on March 31, 2017, and the highest bidder for each item will be awarded the purchase of the item.  In the event of tie bids for an item, the parties submitting bids will be notified and given an opportunity to submit another written bid.  Purchasing parties will be given City staff contact information to make arrangements to pick up the item(s) the week of April 3 through April 7, 2017.

Payment should be made to the Columbia Gateway Urban Renewal Agency.
