During the COVID 19 event ALL City Offices will be closed.  Municipal Court and the Library will be closed.
Essential Staff will be available via email.  Voicemails will be checked regularly.
There will be no water/sewer shutoffs or late payment penalties during this time.
Municipal Court fines and Water/Sewer billing can be paid online.

To give excellent customer service and support to all of The Dalles water and sewer customers.

The Water and Sewer Billing Department processes all utility billing and collections for the City's water and wastewater utilities. The department works closely with the Public Works Department to ensure that all customers receive service or respond to any questions that the consumer might have.
