During the COVID 19 event ALL City Offices will be closed.  Municipal Court and the Library will be closed.
Essential Staff will be available via email.  Voicemails will be checked regularly.
There will be no water/sewer shutoffs or late payment penalties during this time.
Municipal Court fines and Water/Sewer billing can be paid online.

The Water Quality Lab located at the Wick's Water Treatment Plant will return to normal operating hours on Monday, April 20, 2020. If you have questions call the  Water Quality Manager at 925.451.7554.

Description:
The Water Treatment program accounts for all activities involved in operating and maintaining the Wicks Water Treatment Plant, operating the water quality laboratories, and managing The Dalles Municipal Watershed for the protection and enhancement of water quality and quantity. The Water Treatment program work is performed by seven Oregon-certified Water Treatment Operators and one division manager.
